Blue Oceans' will set up all units under your account* on a website. From there, you can access your units' location and/or data from anywhere over the internet and map unit locations in real time. For more advanced applications, specify automatic data delivery to your office system via FTP or email. For the ultimate in real time updates, specify message delivery to your cellphone.

Asset Finder is a low cost monitoring package designed for very low message rates until a unit moves unexpectedly. Ideal for tracking stolen assets. A reduction in insurance premiums could partially or entirely offset the cost of this service.

100 Monthly is ideal as a starter package for users who wish to collect short data readings or position reports 1 to 4 times daily.

200 Monthly is designed for the moderate data user who needs to collect short data readings or position reports 5 to 20 times daily.

Asset Monitor is designed for situations where data packets are larger, or for data intensive applications requiring transmissions ranging from every 15 minutes to hourly. This plan features billing in 36 byte packets that can further reduce costs when compared to other plans. Users can pack up to 4X as much data in a single message.

Although billing occurs in 9 or 36 byte increments, messages of up to 144 bytes can be supported. However, Blue Oceans strongly recommends that users transmit messages not exceeding 36 bytes under normal circumstances as the probability of a complete transmission decreases with increasing message length.

All plans require a 6-month service contract.

A one time activation fee of $50 is charged for each unit activated.

Blue Oceans will set up all units under your account and invoice you monthly. Activation commissions and residuals will be credited to your account. We will configure all units to send data to the system you designate. Alternately, for a fee, Blue Oceans will incorporate your web artwork and give your customers access to their data on our web server under your brand.

Where is the service offered?

The Simplex service is currently offered throughout much of Globalstar's North America and EMEA service footprints. Simplex coverage extends from above the Arctic Circle southward to include most of the Continental United States and well offshore on both coasts.
